8217 Standard Chair Hand Control with Quick Disconnect

The # 8217 ELEASMB5285 has a quick disconnect plug on the end of the cord; it is a straight connector. chairs made after November 2006 that has a quick disconnect plug on the end of the cord; it is a straight connector and plugs into an extension cable either in the side pocket of the chair or in the back of the chair. The male hand control plug and the female extension cable plug fit together and then a plastic lever folds over to lock the two plugs together. If your chair has a one-piece cord with a 90 degree plug that plug into the transformer mounted to the motor underneath the chair you will need to order our part #8210. This control will work with Dewert Okin Limoss or FBS systems as long as it has a straight quick disconnect plug and it is a standard chair with only one motor; if your chair is a large size chair with two motors you will need to order our part #8210 control. If you don’t know whether your chair has one or two motors lie the chair down on its side and look underneath; there will either be one motor or two motors that raise and lower the chair.
