Toasted Oak 50 mL (1.625 fl. oz.) Instructions: Use as directed in various liquor and wine making recipes to increase the oak flavor in rums whiskeys brandies tequilas and red & white wines. Extract may be added directly to food and beverages without the addition of alcohol or sugar at a suggested dosage rate of 0.1-0.2% by volume. Ingredients: Water ethanol toasted oak chips. DOES NOT CONTAIN ALCOHOL
